Mobile service provider operations portal A Java project
is a customer service provider concept which will reduce the work load for mobile service providers and provide better services and flexibility for costumers and company representatives.
Mobile service provider portal is a java based web application developed under windows xp operating system using sql database as a back end. Costumers and company representatives are provided with a user interface for accessing data.
With this project mobile service providers can receive costumer requests and provide solutions within a short span of time. This project had been one of the best replacements of systems using excel sheets for data storing.
Limitations in Existing System
In existing system data is managed using Microsoft excel sheets which can cause problems like miss management of data. While accessing old files can cause problems. Cost will be increased because of lot of human resource required for analyzing data which will lead to time taking process.
Proposed System
In order to overcome existing system issues new system is developed where system is designed using web browser. This web application will help to search data more accurately using modern technology. This application is allow multi-divisional, multi-department system handling that includes various services.
