Abstract

This DataMart Management Software project mainly deals with automating the tasks of maintaining and transacting the goods.In the Warehouse System inventory management is the key process.This process includes the activities such as maintenance of stock details, maintenance of receipts and items etc. It is a tedious job to maintain all these details manually. Hence we opted to automate the Warehouse Management System. DataMart Management System automates the job of warehouse system

Problem State?ment

Hence we opted to automate the Warehouse Management System.

This system maintain the all the gouds at Administrator, Sublocation –Incharge, and Retailer and also maintain parts at suppliers  and  his data. So it will take lot of time time to retriving even single line of data or deleting data

By manually the DataMart Management Systemwill face difficulties while updations and it is time consuming and leads more errors.

Proposed System

Proposed system are those that are automated, so that it is easy to retrieve the responses from the system fastly and updating the details once the response or services are provided to the end-users upon their request without any difficulty and saves time

DataMart Management System receives the stock in a validated manner against Purchase Order & Receipt No.In Warehouse management the sub-location incharge who recieves the stock from the head office and also he deals with the total infromation regarding to his branch

Retailer

DataMart Management System provides  a number of functions to maintain the flow of goods in warehouse. In warehouse management first the retailer provides with his information and gives the inventory to the administrator

The following tasks are caused under this module

i)  Transfer inventory

ii) Put inventory on hold

iii)View inventory balances

iv)View inventory transactions

Supplier: DataMart Management System also deals with the supplier module. In Warehouse management the administrator deals with the supplier details to order the products and also maintain the information of the suppliers
